热流道是通过加热的办法来保证流道和浇口的塑料保持熔融状态。热流道系统一般由热喷嘴、分流板、温控箱和附件等几部分组成。热喷嘴一般包括两种:开放式热喷嘴和针阀式热喷嘴。相应的热流道系统可分为:开放式热流道系统和针阀式热流道系统。The hot runner means to keep the plastic in runner and sprue in
the melting status by heating. The hot runner system is generally
composed of the thermal nozzle, diversion plate,
temperature-controlling box and accessories, etc. There are
generally two kinds of thermal nozzles: opening thermal nozzle and
pin-valve style thermal nozzle. Correspondingly, the hot runner
system can be divided into opening hot runner system and pin-valve
style hot runner system.热流道在成型生产中起着非常大的作用。热流道系统是一个组合体。不是指单个产品。其中包括了热咀,流道板,温控器,分流板等。这些一起组成了热流道系统。热流道作为注塑模具系统的一个常用部件,是通过加热的办法来保证流道和浇口的塑料保持熔融状态。由于在流道附近或中心设有加热棒和加热圈,从注塑机喷嘴出口到浇口的整个流道都处于高温状态,使流道中的塑料保持熔融,停机后一般不需要打开流道取出凝料,再开机时只需加热流道到所需温度即可。因此,热流道工艺有时称为热集流管系统,或者称为无流道模塑The hot runner plays a very important role in the production of
formulation. The hot runner system is a complex rather than a
single product; it incorporates thermal nozzle, runner plate,
temperature controller and diversion plate, etc. they form the hot
runner system. As a common part of the injecting molding system,
the hot runner keeps the plastic in runner and sprue in the melting
status by heating. Because there are heating bars and heating rings
nearby or at the center of the runner, the entire runner from the
nozzle of the injecting molding machine to the sprue is under the
status of high temperature., and the plastic in the runner will
keep melting; it is generally not needed to open the runner to take
out the condensed material after halting, and when the machine is
launched again, just heat the runner to the demanded temperature.
Therefore, the technique of hot runner is also called thermal
collecting main system sometimes, or it is called the runner-free
injecting molding.开放式热流道——结构简单、对材料的局限性较高,易出现拉丝和泄露,表面质量差,一般用于精度要求不高的模具,可以自行增加针阀,以实现对热嘴开关的控制。The opening hot runner – it has simple structure and strict
limitation to the materials; it tends to generate wiredrawing and
leakage and the surface quality is poor; it is generally used in
the molds with no higher requirements on accuracy; the operator can
add the pin valve by himself so as to control the thermal nozzle
switch.针阀式热流道——节省材料,塑件表面美观,同时内部质量紧密、强度高。针阀式热流道又可分为:气(油)缸式和弹簧式。The pin-valve style thermal runner – it can save the materials
and the plastic piece has beautiful appearance, at the same time,
the internal mass is compact and it has high intensity. The
pin-valve style hot runner can be divided into the gas/oil cylinder
style and spring style.气(油)缸式热流道,依控制器和时序控制器控制活塞推动针阀关闭,结构较复杂,但本身设计简单。气(油)The gas/oil cylinder style and spring style can control the
pistol to make the pin valve close with the controller and time
sequence controller; it has complex structure, however, it itself
is simply designed.缸式热流道要求模具精度高,同时调试和维护都比较复杂。The gas/oil cylinder hot runner requires the high accuracy of
molding and its debugging and maintenance are very complex.弹簧式射嘴依靠弹簧和注射压力的平衡来控制针阀开关,装配调试和维护简单,模具精度要求不高,广泛应用在家电、汽车饰件、精密多腔模具中。弹簧式与气缸的差别在于不能时序控制,不能很好解决熔接痕的问题。The spring-style nozzle control the pin valve switch by the
balance of the spring and injecting pressure. Its assembling,
debugging and maintenance are very simple and it has no strict
requirements to the mold accuracy; it is widely applied in the
multi-cavity mould such as home appliance, decoration for
automobile and precise multi-cavity as. The string-style differs
from the cylinder in that it can’t realize the time sequence
controlling and it can’t resolve the problems of melting scar
properly.热流道尤其被广泛地应用于一模多腔(30-200腔以上)的叠模,可以减少设计上的很多要求,帮助设计人员方便地开发产量更多、效率更高的模具。The hot runner is especially widely applied in the stack mould
with many cavities (30-200 cavities), and it can reduce many
requirements on design, and help the designers to develop the mould
